Purchasing and shipment conditions

These are our purchasing and shipment conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be delighted to help you. Please get in touch with us through our contact us page.

Payment methods: You can pay by credit card or by PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card the transaction will be done through the PayPal platform without any extra charge.

Purchase confirmation: After placing the order you will receive an e-mail to confirm we received it successfully. Your package will then be sent within the next 2 working days. You will receive a second e-mail providing the tracking number of the shipment.

Shipment: We use a courier service in order to provide a tracking number for the package. The price and estimated time depend on the destination point: see table below. Free shipping to Catalonia and Spain (peninsula) on orders over 60€.

A further option allows you to collect your order from our showroom in the centre of Barcelona within the following business hours: 9-13h or 16-19h. You can choose this option when ordering.

Baby gifts to be delivered in the hospital will be delivered to the hospital reception. Orders are then delivered by the hospital staff to the mum’s room. It is very important to provide us with the most detailed and accurated data about the recipient.

Returns and exchanges: you have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it, as long as it remains in the original condition (which means it has not been used nor washed) and has the original labels.

To return an item, you must request the return or exchange by e-mail. Once it is accepted, send the items to the address we will provide. The return expenses are borne by the costumer. In case of an exchange, we will send you the new items at no additional cost to you if it is within the Iberian peninsula. In case of a return, we will perform the refund by the same means as used for making the payment. The cost of shipments will not be refunded.

If the reason for the exchange is a mistake made by us in the order, we would appreciate it if you get in touch with us to organize the collection of the items and the shipment of the new ones at no additional cost to you.
